The process of this method is simple. First, 95% EtOH and 5% H2O are used to prepare an alcohol-water solution, and AcOH is added to make the pH 4.5-5.5. Under stirring, add silicon coupling agent to make the concentration reach 2%. After 5 minutes of hydrolysis, a hydrolyzate containing Si-OH will be formed. When it is used to treat the glass plate, it can be immersed for 1-2min under slight agitation, taken out and immersed in EtOH for rinsing twice, after drying, moved to an oven at 110℃ for 5-10min, or at room temperature and relative humidity< Dry for 24h under 60% conditions, and the product can be obtained. If an aminohydrocarbyl silane coupling agent is used, it is not necessary to add HOAc. However, the alcohol-water solution treatment method is not suitable for chlorosilane coupling agents, which will undergo polymerization in the alcohol solution.
